Congratulations on joining the BurgerBusters Inc. team!  We are excited to have you as a part of our organization. 

As a new employee, we would like to present key information to assist your needs.

Our pay periods run every two weeks, where each week begins on Wednesday and ends on Tuesday of the next week.  Payday is on the Wednesday of the following week.

If you have any questions or concerns about your pay, please review your paystub and speak with your manager prior to contacting the payroll department.  This rule includes early deposits from financial institutions. They will not be able to assist you until the payday, Wednesday, and you have discussed the issue with your manager.

We provide you with a Greenshades self-service account.  This account allows you to view your paystubs, make changes to direct deposits and personal tax forms, and access to your W-2s at the end of the year.  To register your account, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on “Login Here” (on the left) to access the employee portal website
  2. Register a new account: you can select “New User? Register”.
  3. Enter your information in the boxes as requested and hit continue. Follow the prompts from there to complete your set up.
  4. We suggest selecting Electronic W2 when you are prompted – this will avoid your W2 being compromised before it is returned to us if you move and forget to give us a change of address.
  5. Update payroll with any changes to your email or phone as these need to match for you to gain access to Greenshades.
