I am excited to announce a new position at BurgerBusters to help grow our great teams into awesome leaders to include the District Managers, RGM’s, and Team Members that currently work for BurgerBusters and our potential new hires. The new position is VP of Special Operations, lead by Jeanette Jones with development inspirations from Joe Mangano and the VP’s.
We will be developing our teams into first class professional business leaders by following the Stair Step People Development Path Process. We have successfully completed Phase 1 of our journey, Store Bench Plans, with every District Manager and will begin Phase 2, Interviewing Skills Workshop, with every RGM and District Manager over the next several periods.
We are currently developing internal team members using the MAKERS program to become our future Shift Leaders. This is a very exciting time for the BurgerBusters family. As we continue to grow the company, we will be growing and developing the teams that will successfully operate our great restaurants.
We are looking into many great new avenues to help with the staffing of our restaurants. Our goal is to have every restaurant fully staffed with awesome teams and leaders to continue serving our guests with the same passion BurgerBusters has had since day one of the opening of our first store Unit No. 3472 in Harrisonburg, VA. We will continue on this journey to persistently train and grow our current and future leaders to be the best on the block. I will be providing quarterly updates as we travel through our journey.
