The operations certainly will have challenges as we enter into post crisis planning and new ways to serve the guests will be thrust upon us. New challenges such as a 90% drive thru business, new demands on cleaning standards, sanitizers, and how the store will deliver food in the future awaits us. I am confident each of you will exceed the new challenges in the coming year.

At this time, I want to simply stop and say “THANK YOU” for the past couple of months. I always knew BurgerBusters had special employees, I just never knew how special. The long lines at the drive thru and the fear and uncertainty with the guests and employees challenge our leadership. Every one of you exceeded the challenge, kept the stores open and staffed, and delivered record speed that took care of much needed guests and first responders.

The company gave Dr. Pepper bikes to several guests. The KT restaurants delivered meals to police, fire and hospitals, and several stores provided meals to local hospitals. I have added some of the many thank you notes that I have received over the past month.

Stop and clap for each other, job well done.

Customer Feedback: Dear Taco Bell, Honestly this quarantine sucks so much and I’m getting bored but I just wanted to let you guys know how much I appreciate you. As a poor college student/teacher I make negative money and  Taco Bell is   always there for me. Had a bad day? Diet Baja Blast and three yummy tacos and it’s under $5! I legit get Taco Bell like three times a week. It’s the best! Thanks for still being open and serving some bomb food. – Mike Callahan
