I am always proud to be a part of a company that continues to push forward, never stagnating. As we continue to develop more stores, we continue to see more new managers and employees operating restaurants without our company’s high standards and expectations being compromised. This pursuit of excellence manifests itself most clearly in the execution of our marketing programs. Every five weeks, you are forced to learn (or relearn for a returning promotion) several new items and processes, master them, teach them to an entire crew so they can master them, and then ensure that we execute everything properly so that our customers are happy. All of this, while simultaneously running a restaurant with dozens of other items, promotions, and operational initiatives. It is a difficult undertaking that few grasp the enormity of and its scale. I thank you for determination and your ability to adapt to whatever Taco Bell and BurgerBusters throw at you.
In that spirit, as we move forward, we have several exciting marketing programs in store for our customers. To close out the year, I am happy to announce the return of the Rolled Chicken Tacos. Those crispy tacos rolled up with marinated all-white-meat shredded chicken and served with a choice of dipping sauce continue to be a fan favorite. Then, to jumpstart 2020, Double Stacked Tacos are back. Two tortillas, one soft, one crunchy, joined together with gooey nacho cheese and coming in three varieties: crunchy, creamy, and spicy. A crazy amount of taste for a crazy value. After that, the excitement continues with Buffalo Chicken Nacho Fries and the Triplelupa. Buffalo Chicken Nacho Fries will come a-la-carte or as a burrito, both featuring Nacho Fries, marinated all-white-meat shredded chicken, nacho cheese sauce, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo. The Triplelupa will feature a unique three-part chalupa shell, one part cheesy, one part chipotle, and one part cheesy chipotle. Each of these unique promotions is sure to bring in old and new customers alike. As we get closer to these and other future promotions, the Marketing Department will relay to you more information on these marketing experiences coming to your stores to make sure that you have everything you need for a smooth promotion implementation.
I would like to remind everyone that Mr. Saucy is back and spicier than ever.
