BurgerBusters has recently kicked off two excellent operations scorecards that allow the operations to focus on the metrics that drive results. Operations store ranking reports now align with the operations metrics and financial targets for each store. The ranking report is a one page document that can be reviewed by each level of management on what metric the store is achieving and which metrics still need work to improve on. The ranking is a fact base system aligned to the approved organizational goals and standards.

   The 2023 Ranking targets are:

1) CORE Ops %

2) CORE FSA Pass Rate

3) The Loop guest complaints

4) SWS

5) Certified Managers

6) ICOS

7) Labor

8) Controllables

Taco Bell Supreme Five Star program will go live in 2023. The program is what Taco Bell uses to determine if a franchisee has strong enough operations to be growth approved. A standardized scoring system was developed for both restaurants and franchisees. Restaurants have a 5-1 star rating that allows the organization to have an overall letter grade from A-F. The ratings now allow the restaurants to have more visibility into performance, provide deeper insights for improvements. *from the Supreme Program guidebook.

The categories that make up the five-star program:

1) Customer Feedback: The Loop

2) Speed of Service

3) Certified Managers: 1 RGM and 5 Support Managers

4) CORE Ops meeting standard and a Pass on the Food Safety

The overall results of the 5-star program will allow the brand to determine the Signature and Golden Bell stores for 2023.
