FACILITIES & LOSS CONTROL – TECHNOLOGY CONTINUES TO EVOLVE OUR BUSINESS
2023 saw the completion of a pair of innovative technology rollouts in our restaurants. First, the Touch Kitchen Display System (Touch KDS) were completed on the front-end of the year where eye-level touchscreen tablets were installed on either side of every food production line in our kitchens.
