BurgerBusters has recently kicked off two excellent operations scorecards that allow the operations to focus on the metrics that drive results. Operations store ranking reports now align with the operations metrics and financial targets for each store. The ranking report is a one page document that can be reviewed by each level of management on what metric the store is achieving and which metrics still need work to improve on. The ranking is a fact base system aligned to the approved organizational goals and standards.

FILING FOR LOA / FMLA

When an employee needs to take a personal leave of absence or FMLA, the below steps MUST be followed:

  • Employee: Needs to contact Lincoln Absence Management at 1-800-423-2765.
  • RGM/DM: Status Change form needs to be entered into Greenshades to put the employee out on leave. Be sure that the status change form includes last day worked, estimated return to work date and using vacation while out on leave.

The Development Department continues to move ahead with many new projects. Since the last newsletter, we have built new stores in Chesapeake, VA (Unit No. 36466), Richmond, VA (Unit No. 37336), Greensboro, NC; Harrisonburg, VA; and Kernersville, NC; completed several remodels in Midlothian; VA (Unit No. 15857), Mechanicsville, VA (Unit No. 16635), and Fredericksburg, VA (Unit No. 17977); and added on a freezer and a pantry in Richmond, VA (Unit No. 5142).
